another yummy treat opened in trinoma. this is similar to red mango coz they also serve yogurt. if you don't want to fall in line (dun sa red mango), this is your alternative and its located on the other side (just ask the concierge), hehehe..
if red mango was founded in south korea, this one is italian! in terms of prices, this is cheaper and both have similar tastes (ang importante lang naman eh kung san mas maikli ang pila), but white hat has better packaging if you want it for take out, hehe..

yogurt is a perfect alternative if you have those "ice cream cravings". it contains live active cultures (lactobacillus bulgaricus and streptococcus thermophilus), in short "probiotics" which promotes better digestion. it also has calcium and protein that is good for the body and most of all, weight loss. Coz eating low-fat yogurt in place of other high-fat desserts helps in losing weight without the feeling of being deprived, hehehehe
it was my aunt's idea that i should start learning how to cook.. she said that i'm already good in baking so its time that i do this. i'm not really good at this coz on some part you have to do some "tancha-tancha" which is so different in baking, plus nothing beats a home cooked meal!!

the first thing that came to my mind that i've always wanted to do was chicken sopas. the last time that i tasted it was when bry's mom made one and the only thing that i knew that was evident was evaporated milk (obvious naman diba), hehehe.. after slavin' in the kitchen with all the critique that i get from almost everybody, its done and i got it after an hour (at least i did it)..

the second dish that i did was the sisig tofu.. a big huge of thanks to mommy v for sending me the recipe. i just didn't follow the part on how big it should be (hirap magslice eh).. i finished it in 20mins and when bry went over to taste it, i couldn't believe that he had to get another cup of rice, wow!!!! my sister and brother liked it as well.. in short, a box office.. i'll try the other one soon!!
Mike wanted the team to have a food trip this week (salary day kasi) but it ended up that it was just mike, ed, me and bryan, hehehe.. anyways, that didn't stop us from going to that place..

when you reach the place, the first thing that you'll notice are cars everywhere, why? whoever created this concept is genius coz they've got a carwash on the side; so while your eating, your car is being cleaned!!

this resto is famous for its handcrafted black angus beef burgers, buffalo wings and in my book, their chocolate milkshake (its not sweet and the whipped cream was perfect).. what interests me was their buffalo wings. i guess i still got the "singapore hangover", hehe.. they have hot and nuclear flavors and it was a good decision that i stick to what i can take, coz its spicy enough!!
their fries are awesomely yummy and its not that oily.. the burger was huge just like in army navy (i still prefer army navy though) so i have to break it in half, hehehe.. both bry and mike are sweating while eating the buffalo wings and kudos to ed for eating that "nuclear buffalo wings"!!! he said that its not that spicy enough but believe me it is... what sold me here was their milkshake, i gotta say, i didn't expect them to give justice to it coz burgers are their specialty but they did.. 4 tummies satisfied!!!!
its another weekend and this day is special. eventhough mom is no longer with us, we still celebrate her birthday.. we had our dinner in sizzlin' pepper steak.

its just the 3 of us celebrating and i called dad to tell him about it (nainggit sya kasi bawal sya sa ganitong food), haha.. my brother isn't a fan of pepper but he likes it now done in a sizzling way and pair it off with bottomless ice tea!!
My sister told me that this coming weekend, pet one will host their "dogs on wheels" campaign, which is a tradition in sm fairview once in a year. this is also an opportunity to get your dogs vaccinated for free, hehehe..

bry fetched me from work and head down to sm fairview to check where its located. my sister, may texted me that she's on her way to the mall as well coming from school.. it was good that this year we're seeing "askals" (unfortunately, i don't have pics) which is nice coz all dogs should be treated equally and there was one askal that was really smart and well behaved!

when my cousin, hannah found about the news; she broadcast it all over facebook and asked her mom to bring charm.. they're supposed to bring bench as well but his leash was missing.. tita said that it was charm's first grooming experience ever!!

there were games as well and hannah cried when tita was called coz she was in the supermarket. the rule says that you can only claim the prize if your present, haayyyy.. the nice thing about this event is they have brought awareness on how to properly take care of your dogs and not to spoil them that much (ouch, bull's eye ako don ah)..

the event was up to 7pm but they extended it coz there were a lot of dogs, more than a hundred (i think) and there's a big participation this year compared last year.. anyways, both dog owners and their pets are happy indeed!!
